- When: Drop Off at GHS: 3:45 PM
- When: Pick up at GHS: 7:15 PM
- TUESDAY (10/15):
- Masterclass before school
- Who: Euphoniums
- Where: Glenn HS
- When: Drop off at GHS: 7:00 AM
- After School Rehearsal
- Who: Full Band
- Where: Glenn HS
- When: Pick up at GHS: 6:15 PM
- WEDNESDAY (10/16):
- Masterclass before school
- Who: Trombones, Horns and Trumpets

- Band Performs at Half Time at Gupton Stadium, approximately 8:30 PM
- When: Pick up at GHS: Approximately 11:15 PM
